StoGo can collect batteries, but they must be removed from any items before your dump run.
Please separate all batteries (including those from electronics, toys, tools, and vapes) and hand them to us on arrival. Items containing batteries cannot be taken until the batteries are removed.

Do I need to be home?
Not always — as long as the items are accessible.
Can you take mixed waste?
Yes — we sort it and take it to the recycling centre.
Do you recycle?
Yes — everything goes through the official recycling centre.
What won’t you take?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, or extremely heavy machinery.
Can you take batteries?
Yes — we can collect batteries, but they must be removed from any items before your dump run. Please take out any batteries (including those inside electronics, toys, tools, and vapes) and hand them to us separately when we arrive.
Can you clear a whole house?
We handle small to medium clear‑outs.
For large, multi‑van, multi‑day clearances, you’ll need a specialist team.
Can I book same‑day?
Often, yes — depending on availability.
Can you take garden waste?
Yes — branches, clippings, bags, and general green waste. A small surcharge applies due to separate disposal fees.
Can you remove old appliances?
Yes — as long as they’re manageable and safe to lift with no equipment.
